La Villa is minutes from Bracciano and lake, 45minutes from Rome and Fiumicino
airport, 2hrs from Tuscany and Umbria.
La Villa is on two floors, having a kitchen, dining room, living room, study-library, master bedroom with
en-suite bathroom and a loft which can be used as an additional bedroom and/or study.
Two other double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms lead to an independent garden patio and amphitheater. Throughout the villa the floor is made of handmade terracotta tiles in a herring bone design.
